Ayrıca Muş Alparslan üniversitenin kampüs alanı içerisinde öğrencilere sağladığı birçok imkân bulunmaktadır. Üniversite kampüsü bünyesinde bölüm öğrencilerinin zaman geçirebileceği fakülte kantini, çarşı merkezi, spor tesisi, kütüphane, yemekhane, 1071 Malazgirt Kongre Ve Kültür Merkezi, Prof. Dr. Sabahattin Zaim Konferans Salonu vb. yerler bulunmaktadır.
