About

The program includes theoretical knowledge in economic theory, economic policy, international economics, economic history, econometrics, statistics, as well as practical knowledge. Within the scope of the program, students are trained to understand and interpret economic relations in Turkey and all over the world thanks to up-to-date economics knowledge. Graduates of the program are employed in various departments of the relevant public institutions and private sector. Graduates of economics master's degree with thesis are preferred in many businesses, banks, institutions and organizations.

 

Admission and Registration Requirements

Candidates are required to have graduated from all departments of the Faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Political Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Agricultural Economics, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Statistics, Banking and Insurance, Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Banking and Finance, Finance Management, International Trade and Finance, International Trade and Finance, International Finance, or one of the departments of domestic or foreign educational institutions whose equivalence is accepted by the Higher Education Council. Candidates must have at least 55 points from the ALES exam. According to the ranking of success in the ratios specified in the general evaluation, the main and substitute lists are formed.
